This maybe a silly question but did you try using the tool before and after you loaded the game? That worked for me a couple of times when i got that error..

Single settings can be the problem or starting game first what u sad and bad eboot.bin or firewall/...

I have single settings on,firewall off,working eboot and i always try using the tool after i load the game

all you gotta do is change the debug eboot.bin cause that one might not work

its not the eboot ive used this one for rtm before already it works
