Help with a Jailbroken Ps3 Please?!

I have found a ps3 to purchase that is already jailbroken and running on 3.55 fw and has multiman and comgenies file manager. The guy says he has never put it online and it will need a spoof if I plan on putting it online. I want to play GTAO online and do the money and rp mods but I don't know where to start. So here starts my questions:

1. With it already being jailbroken, can I have some advice on how to go about getting and doing the 'Spoof'?
2. What Spoof do I need??
3. What do I need to do the mods in GTAO?

I know there are many other questions that I am going to have to ask, but I'm just trying to get the conversation going with someone who can help me.
