I don't think so... If I had a spoofer on would my firmware say 4.50 if I go to the system information

huh, thats weird that it says the update must be 4.50 or higher but u on 3.55, I've become confused lol

I contacted the guy I bought it from and he said he downgraded using an e3 flasher.

yea i agree u should ask the guy exactly what he did, and I as well agree again, it wouldn't hurt to try rogero 3.55 downgrader
