You don't install a E3 flasher, you use a E3 Flasher to downgrade your PS3. Look through the auction sections as there are downgrade services with a E3 Flasher. Keep in mind your PS3 must be older than 2010.

There are many videos to install the e3 flasher.

The best thing to do is to do it yourself.
Learn how to open your PS3 many videos out there.
If you gonna have someone install the e3 flasher for you then....why not just let them just downgrade it for ya:confused:
