(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi, when I was trying to downgrade my ps3, at the rewriting BIOS state, my E3 Flasher gave an error that was "failed to rewrite bios" ok, when i went to insert my micro sd card on the e3 flasher, my ps3 shut off and then when I tried to turn on, it wouldnt turn on, it turns on, after 2 sec, turns off, give 3 beeps ( no ylod) and the red light stays flashing.. ok, I've read that if u solder a wire from tristate to gnd point on the board it would stay on, i tried and didn't work, now i soldered the wire from tristate to SBE, and tried to turn on, the ps3 shuts off again and again, it won't stay on... if someone could help me to get it to stay on I would be very grateful , if it stay on I can do the reflash and play it again.. thx in advance

You don't need to solder!
But, if you have then are you sure you are connecting the correct points?
Use this diagram: You must login or register to view this content.

If you have solder then make sure to have the first switch up and the rest down (100000) and the reflash again!

Like libra7ry said you don't need to solder but if do, make sure that you don't poke a hole through your motherboards, don't let the iron rest on the motherboard while and after flashing and touch metal after touching the iron, so any static electricity or any electric charge is discharged. Also did you check your dump before flashing? because if you didn't and you are flashing a bad dumpyour ps3 is perma-bricked without fix. (Well if you wish really hard your nor might no be completed corrupted and it might be fixable).

yeah, i am sure i've done the right think, my nor tristate original solder fucked up, then i used the alternate point of the tristate (my cousin helped me, he works with this stuff) , ok, i soldered the wire to the sbe and switches were 100000 as u said and it didn't stay on, i can take a picture or record a video, or both if u want to

Well check that you solder both of the tristate and the SBE right because this forces your ps3 to stay on and it should work 100%.
I have unbricked ps3 swith this same method and it has worked. Check your spots.

i've checked, i don't remember the tool that i used to check, you touch one side on the tristate and the other on the connection on the flat to the e3 cable , and it beeps if theres a connection, i'm uploading a video
