Yes I have a debug eboot on the game.
And before you ask what game it's every single game I try to use tmapi with.
TM version is 420.1.14.7

EDIT: so I had someone help me out.
1st. Start the game that you want to use tmapi with.
2nd. Don't connect on TM just open it.
3rd open the tool you want to use.
4th. Now click connect while DEX or TMAPI is selected. It should automatically connect to TM.
5th. Click attach.
It should be working if it didn't make sure you have a debug eboot.

Debugger mode just turns off the video output, it is for setups where the debug station is not in the same room as the developer and not connected to a video display.

Use System Software mode for the most normal operation of the PS3 while still allowing debug work.

If you still can not connect make sure you setup your PS3 to use a wired connection and it is best to make it a static IP so you don't have to scan for targets everyday, the direct connection will otherwise change the IP quite often.

Ahh I'm having the same issue as you. I'm 99% sure it's the ITA 4.60 spoofer doing something with it. I'm to lazy go get off ITA so looks like I'll be using ccapi for now on lol

Read the part on the post where it says EDIT. I did that and it worked like a charm

Yes I did that and it worked. If yours still doesn't i would reinstall 4.50 ITA and the 4.60 spoof but don't do the one on the thread. I could send you the file you should download and the steps through kik since you don't have Skype :|
