(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Can someone help me fix this. My CPU is usually anywhere from 80c to 87c because it sits in a hot upstairs all day. I have no experience opening ps3s so I wanna try to avoid having to open it, is there anything I can do without opening it?

Well not all YLOD comes from overheating. But 99% of the time im pretty sure its from that. But if you ps3 is getting that hot, it wouldn't be a bad idea to do that. Just to be safe. Also, how do you know your CPU is that hot. Is it a CFW ps3?

Yes, it was on ita, but converted to cex debug so it had less chance of overheating.
