I was wondering, what specific Rebug do I need to install to have it DEX.

There is REBUG 4.46.1 D-REX EDITION – AUG. 2ND 2013, can I install that on a clean PS3 Slim 3.55? if not, which specific one do I need to install? would I have to install an older Rebug FW, then install over it with the new Rebug FW firmware?

Stay away from DEX if you have no idea what you are doing. just install rogero and learn stuff from there. to get on DEX you need to convert CEX2DEX before installing DEX CFW otherwise it will either not let u install or brick the console

Inbox me and I'll provide a downgrade to go back to OFW 3.55 then CFW 3.55 and then CFW REBUG 4.46.1 D-REX EDITION

There are a few things u need to do to convert to DEX first you need to dump your eid root key this is easiest done on 3.55.

Its for 4.21 but its the same for 4.46
Also you should not try to install REBUG 4.46.1 D-REX EDITION as this is for dex only, you need to install 4.46 rex & convert from there

Emski were helping as much as possible go learn how to convert to DEX then when done go search how to installthe cfw you'd like you can't just skip all of it doing so will lead to bricking your console. Trust me been there but luckily i recovered it with my dump, so go convert then install what cfw you'd like.

Please forgive me, as I'm currently in the middle of joining the Army, so I'm a bit stressed with this thing.

I have now realised that I can't just "hop" to DEX. I'm going to convert to DEX with eID root e.t.c
