Package manager etc was already there with cobra enabled ? should I of disabled before installing pkg's?

yea personally for me i would have disabled cobra either way because i don't like cobra features.

I know, think me have cobra enabled has messed up my cex console on the other hand I still have my baby 4.50 DEX ITA :p

I looked at the forums for rebug one of the Devs said if you install CCAPI with cobra enabled there is a chance of softbrick....

Apparently not... but if you get rebug toolbox just disable cobra in there and you should be good.
