you haveto buy an E3 Flasher, if your ps3 is even able to downgrade.

No it is not possible to downgrade firmwares without the use of third-party hardware.

Have a look on Craigslist, Ebay or Gumtree. People do this kind of service all the time!

no there is no way to do it without E3 flasher, you can check the back there will be a white sticker with a serial code, the last few letters state CECH-XXXXa/b give us that number and we will be able to tell you if you are even able to downgrade
