Same story, e3 flasher and the ps3 has to have a NOR memory... I can check if the ps3 is downgradeable if you state te last few leters and digits of the serial on the back eg: CECHX-xxxxa/b

Its not, but you still havent answered the question because not all fat ps3s can de downgraded with E3 flasher
