Post: New CID freezing ps3

Not to sure why this issue is occurring for one of my customers!
Sold a private CID ( which was obtained/tested by me ) to a customer,they are running ps3ita 4.50,they informed me they entered the new CID through the option in ps3ita manager v1.51 ( set new console ID ) after applying the new CID upon launching games the console will freeze,customer has had never had this issue until they tried installing the CID...
What could be the issue??

Basically, the issue is where hes trying to apply cid while playing the game or before?

Hmm,I thought the same thing man,I spoke to him briefly earlier,when i stated how to apply the new CID he insisted that is how he applied it.
Tomorrow I am going to speak him with more about the issue,I was thinking maybe he just totally misunderstood me and is trying to apply the CID through an rtm/rte program......
I never heard or encountered this issue with any individuals which is why I thought I would ask here for advice before speaking with him tomorrow :-)

Could be that hes setting the cid with CCAPI. And having too many zero's, using a bad program that won't detect so
I don't know, hear with him and come back here and update us what hes using.
