He really dont need 4.70 Files... Patch the dump with patch V1 after this rename dump to bkkps3.bin, patch with 4.53... Check dump. Done. Do this all time no trouble

If you got a E3 flasher do at least 3 back up dumps & check them with nor inspector
Check your dumps are exactly (16,777,216 bytes)
If you are on 4.70 OFW you should use a 4.70 patcher like this one

After you have flashed the patched bkpps3.bin back onto your PS3 install a 4.70 CFW
Then if you want to install a firmware lower than 4.70 use a 999 downgrader.

You cannot jailbreak on 4.70. You must downgrade to 3.55 using hardware, preferably E3 Flasher. Now, since your a noob I recommend sending your PS3 to someone who does downgrade services. I myself own a jailbroken CECH-2001A.
