NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I watched this video

and I got to the point that you install the patch and that installed then when I go to update via storage it say that there is no update I'm on OFW 4.70

You need to make sure

1) Usb actually works
2) Usb is on FAT32
3) Make sure you have the correct file directory USB\PS3\UPDATE
4) Make sure PUP is actually name to PS3UPDAT.PUP
5) Make sure PUP is in the correct folder USB\PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP

SO it can't say Hibib.pup or something like that now its on a screen that says no update data was found and I have to update it my self
