Post: !!!!!CFW HELP ME Courrupt data!!!!!

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I was on a cfw ps3 and all of a sudden it froze and kept freezing till it got corrupted and I formatted the hdd on the computer to try fix it and i plug it in with it saying:

"The system software cannot be run correctly/ Press the PS button to try restart the system.
If the system cannot be restarted, you must reinstall the system software.
Connect to storage media that contains update data of version 2.70 or later, and then press the START and SELECT buttons at the same time."

Does anyone know how I can fix this, because restoring, rebulding database or anything from the recovery menu will not work.. and i have no clue but to just throw it out.

Same thing happens to me ive done many threads and no one has had a solution and this was ages ago so I give up :( people told me to install the latest cfw and if you was on Rubug 4.65.1 cfw then you spoffed it maybe that's why your PS3 won't let you update because it thinks your on a 4.66 or 4.70 spoof so try and update to the latest 4.70 cfw see if that works and if not we need a genius :(

Plug your HDD into an ofw ps3 and restore it to factory settings on the OFW. The plug it back into the CFW and re install the cfw you were on before it got corrupted. Same thing happened to me, searched and searched and found nothing but this fixed it.
