(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I was on a cfw ps3 and all of a sudden it froze and kept freezing till it got corrupted and I formatted the hdd on the computer to try fix it and i plug it in with it saying:

"The system software cannot be run correctly/ Press the PS button to try restart the system.
If the system cannot be restarted, you must reinstall the system software.
Connect to storage media that contains update data of version 2.70 or later, and then press the START and SELECT buttons at the same time."

Does anyone know how I can fix this, because restoring, rebulding database or anything from the recovery menu will not work.. and i have no clue but to just throw it out.

That don't work I've formatted the Hardrive it's got ride of the black screen it still don't find the update it says

I think it's because I spoofed my PS3 to 4.66 and the update im putting on my PS3 is 4.65? Although that was the update I was originally on it may think it can only run 4.66

Get a USB make sure the format is fat 32 then make a folder called PS3 inside that make a folder called UPDATE then download rebug 4.65.2 D-REX and place that inside the UPDAGE folder make sure the CFW file is named PS3UPDAT.pup so it should look like this :
PS3 > UPDATE > PS3UPDAT.pup
Then go to safe mode and update
