(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys what are somethings I can do to keep my ps3 cool I don't have fan control BTW my cpu runs around 75c is that good? or normal? I never replaced the thermal paste thanks for reading!!!

just use webman to set the fan policy as above user said.

if you have it already as in rebug with cobra then there is no point in installing another fan controller.

set it up to maintain a maximum temp. i set it at 60 and its not always running the fan making excessive noise.

and yes 75 deg unfortunately is normal for a ps3 but we all know that's too hot for idle!

75 is far from normal. 75 is on the verge of overheating. i run fan control on all cfw. no matter which cfw and set it to A1 might be a lil noisy but cell/rsx NEVER goes above 60 even on the most intense game, idle in the 40's and max's out @ mid-high 50's

heat is the #1 killer of all electronics

if your cfw overheats, you shouldn't have cfw

ofw overheats cause its a piss poor design for cooling

cfw overheats cause someone didn't turn up the fan enough. or they forgot to adjust it
