You will always get a update loop without a BD drive connected.

The ps3 checks to see if there is a BD drive connected wile updating,if it does not detect one then the update will fail

There is no point in selling you a working drive for £15 as the new BD drive logic board is not paired to the ps3 mobo.

You need to get into FSM mode to re marrie the Bd logic board to the mobo

No homebrew will work without a drive

You need a FSM dongle to get into fsm mode without a BD dive i have got one.

Send it to me & i will fix it....

because he is now stuck on the downgrader and his bd drive is borken and never toggled qa before, he is basically stuck until we can get a firmware with syscon 9.99 installing with bdrevoked.

..but that hasn;t worked so far.

Am installing kmeaw3.55 will see if it work if not how do i do it witj e3 flasher cuz i have an e3 flasher

flash ofw 3.55 onto it. then install the nobd cfw again. it wont be on syscon 9.99 anymore, so it will install.

before we go any further are you sure you dont have a fsm dongle too?

Not sure what u mean with fsm dongle should i flash my nor or install 3.55 update i only hot e3 nor flasher not limiteted version

you cant normally install any official firmware as you have no blue ray drive.

but you may be able to flash your memory
