Is Rebug 4.70.1 the best version, or is like 4.6.** a better version?

Please let me know. If the 4.6.** is a better version how do I downgrade from 4.70.1 to 4.6, and if not how do I convert from CEX to DEX.

Currently I am running CEX 4.70.1 and want it to go to DEX.

Kind of did there already, that i am on dex and you helped me out. I didn't know I could request a close.
