Are you sure you have your debug setting correct and also have the either wifi or landline open and available to share?

So target manager recognizes the system when doing the IP search but cannot connect to it once you select it? Make sure your firewall is allowing access to target manager and you are on reset system software.

no m8 the same second i run it it pops up with an error directly at the same second m8

Maybe the download you got was bad. Here is the one I use and it has no problems. Other than that I don't really know how to fix it. Good luck:
