I got same shit just reboot ur ps3 clear all history from ps3 then sign in

Could be your np in debug settings. Make sure it is np as sometimes mine changes randomly.

Make sure your debug settings are set as;

Environment..(whatever) > np
Release Check Mode > Development Mode
Boot Mode > System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug > Single Setting

If it already is this. have you set your CID? :p

are you using a 4.70 cfw or are you using a spoofer... if its a spoofer thats your problem.

no 4.70 rebug and those settings are exactly the same
