lmfao dont use rtm menu's use SPRX menu's you can find them all over the most recent posted threads in the GTA 5 sections

Why the hell did you go on habib? Did you even QA toggle? If not, you won't be able to use the 999 downgrader to access another firmware such as Rebug 4.70 through the easy way. Are you on DEX or CEX? I recommend that you go on dex and switch to rebug. Also, do you even have control console pkg installed on the right version with your pc's program version? Plus, if you're not sure how to do this, I don't think that you should be modding. You're the type of person to get CID banned in a few weeks.
