It has cobra on it so you don't need any back up manager. Can just run it from the XMB when cobra is enabled.

I think 4.65 is pretty good. Like Reyz said.. It has more features than 4.65. Cobra features are sick.

There's a 4.50 cobra as well. Same features as every 7.1 cobra (4.41 CFW n ^)
