Its easy! and good choice ITA is a great firmware.
You can just install ITA over rebug since theyre both DEX firmwares.

Okay how do I do this?

You need to use a downgrader.pup as im asuming your on a spoof which needs to be removed first failing to do so could result in update loop or corrupted data or in an extreme case a brick. Use a downrader.pup to go back to 3.55 then toggle qa if you haven't then update to an ITA firmware. Always good to be extra safe.

go to this link and download the ITA firmware of your choice: You must login or register to view this content.

once you download it open the RAR file. then plug your USB into your computer.

Make a folder in your USB called PS3 then in that folder make another one called UPDATE and put the PUP file in the UPDATE folder so it should look like this. USB>PS3>UPDATE>PS3UPDAT.PUP

Remember to rename the ITA update to PS3UPDAT or your ps3 wont find it.

once done remove your usb and plug it into the furthest right usb port and then go to update system then choose from storage device and bam done
