I kept getting that error i went to 4.70 Rebug D-REX and for some reason I'm getting the same error. It is like an on again and off again thing. I tried going to rebug toolbox and changing the EID to Cex. Same error i believe sony is doing something. Is anyone else having this problem if theres a hotfix please let me know. Thanks

Thats correct i was on 4.70 Dex rebug i just downgraded to 4.50 ITA and tried spoofing with SEN Enabler still same eerror

Well if you environment settings are on np and your network settings for debug are single settings. Then i can only thin of one thing that your cid might be banned.

What firmware and spoofer are u using>

Well for my dex ps3's i use rebugs latest firmware and my cex ps3 i use habibs 4.70 starbucks edition dude.
