Download and install psnpatch 4.70. Write down your cid and psid which you can see in psnpatch then copy default.cfg on your computer which you can find. In multiman->game->bljs**** and usrdir. Then on computer edit the default.cfg by changing the idps and psid from 32 0's to real ones. Then replace it to your original in ps3 and then just go to psnpatch and press x.
