If you're not any good at soldering, you can probably get a game repair shop somewhere in your area to fix it for you for a price.

Alright well there seems to be no problem with the Ps3. I put it all back togather and turned it on to see what would happen the ps3 turned on (the fan did not), and it ran fine I was able to use the ps3 and everything. Im sure it will over heat after an hour or so but ill see to soldering it togather.
