Assuming you already have one, you should buy. Have one on OFW and another on CFW. Just make sure you jailbreak it yourself so you can learn about what you're doing.

Well There's Risk Of Getting It Downgraded You Never Know They Might Screw Up.. But It's Cheaper Then Buying A 3.55 Smile

Or if the person doing the downgrade is ripping id's from the machines being worked on...
