You will need to format your hdd on a pc.

How do I Format my hdd?

In recovery use the controller with a working wire connected to the ps3 and controller and then press psn button, if that doest work press the the button wirelessly without any wire while in recovery mode.
By black screen i am also thinking of tv configuration problems. For this you need to hold down the power button while its on standby and keep holding it until it shuts down, then start it up normally.
Check your HDMI cable or AV cable, if its AV get it checked from your local electrician the wiring may be loose.
This is the best i can do as you havn't given enough detail to really determine what happened.

I cannot get into recovery mode, I cant do anything, I cannot connect my controller and its just black

Had this same issue. Boot up ps3 hold power til it turns off. Turn ps3 back on but hold the power button til it shuts off. Turn it on again and hold til you hear two beeps from the ps3 and then let go of the power button. From here it should boot into recovery. If it does not go into recovery the next best thing is is simply retry these steps over and over til it does. If it does allow recovery just reinstall whatever CFW you are using and sometimes it will boot up the xmb and allow you to use REBUG Tollbox (assuming thats what you were using). From rebug toolbox just reflash to cex and everything should be okay.

EDIT* Also try unplugging the HDMI and switch to Video cable while its on and it should give a screen to allow the xmb to function.

I think this should solve it, I was going to suggest the same thing
