They don't suspend consoles, just acc's. Are you getting an error code or the msg that you've been banned or temporarily suspended?

Depends On What You've gotten banned. Console Banned: Just Change Your CID (Console ID) Or If You Gotten Account Banned. Most Likely its Lifetime Account Ban. If Not Make A New PSN Acc using 10MinuteMail, While Waiting 5-6 Weeks For The Other Account To Be Unbanned. Maybe If It's Your Main Account Contact Sony Saying Some Believable BS

NGU doesn't allow Selling of CID(Console ID's) on the forum. but for buying one off-site go to a Trusted + Reliable seller.

unlucky bro. usually its perm ban. I don't think sony waste time anymore on temp bans. theres too much modding going on lol. with that said. get a new cid and new psn and you will be back on in no time. never mod on your main account its not worth the pain.
