Formatted HDD, reinstalled cfw with a FAT32 flash drive.

I did exactly that yesterday and it worked

So I got in recovery mode, it says my system is not functioning right... And I need to update to 2.45 or higher.
I put Rebug 4.65.2 D-Rex on my flash drive PS3 -> UPDATE -> PS3UPDAT.PUP but it says no updatedata found?

Also tried the 3.55 downgrader pup.

Ok you may need to use USB Format Tool to fix your usb stick or change if you got a new usb stick Then put two folders inside PS3 folder open UPDATE folder open PS3UPDAT.PUP,

Tried it, not working..

You keep try till work hold select and enter for 5 or more seconds and have you try a new USB pendrive?

Your PS3 HDD its FAULTY did you fully FORMATED WIPED ? If yes so needs to be change with new one.
