and is rebug shut down or something? bc i have been told they shutdown?

The REBUG "team" is pretty much gone indeed. The last update (4.70) was updated by Habib & Joonie. Joonie isn't interested in working on it anymore, and Habib got hes own firmware to take care of. I wouldn't expect seeing any firmware updates any time soon.

This will mean no more dex cfw??? Look ita they dont have money for great and test, or will habib make a cex and dex cfw???

Doubtful that Habib will make any DEX. Let's hope Sony just doesn't update their firmware more now. We never know when, or if Rebug will return.
