Well, I have been playing online on my ps3 for 3 years, but i got banned twice before and had to get private psid and cid (The first time(took one month) due to ignorance and the second time(took 1 and half year) due to changing cfw). So, i think the best thing to do is to delete all your homebrews and just download the latest webman mod and you are ready to go as it does the job of psnpatch and psninja. After you install it, just launch all your games using it and delete your multiman if you have it and you can either press (R2+Triangle) on each login or go to webman mod settings and in the section of psid and cid, tick the box that says (disable lv1 and lv2 peek&pook syscalls on system startup ..............). and then you are ready to go, just mount your game on each system startup before logging in and log in normally without doing anything. But if for some reason you want to use homebrews again, Just untick the box, Restart your system and you are ready to go, but remember to tick it again after you finish.

P.S. : Delete the webman updater after installing webman. The one that you got out from the pkg file.
