BruteForce SAVEDATA, copy any game save to a flash drive, the load the params.sfo on bruteForce and that will be your user ID, you don't need the console ID.

Try highlighting the trophy folders, once they're all highlight click update acc ID> update acc ID and copy params. Once completed then try it. You don't need to decrypt the folders. The folders your using also might be corrupt, trophy folders are fragile and can become corrupt just from copying, if the problem still persists on multiple folders from multiple sources then try using a different flash drive or reformatting the one your using.
