You didnt Brick your PS3; this happened to me when I was trying to downgrade my PS3. The only way I was able to fix it was to just keep trying to turn it on... Also try switching HDMI's.

You should try to put it into recovery but if that doesn't work you might have to wait it out and keep trying... Unplug everything re-plug it in. This was the only way I was able to fix it. Also try turning on the PS3 with your controller.

So i will sugest to safe mode Option3: Restore File System - Attempts to repair all areas on the hard disk drive where files can be saved. Corrupted data may be erased if it cannot be recovered.

May I suggest you to remove from your ps3 console and reformating your PS3 HDD with your pc or laptop.Then put back to your console switching on to formating again and re install ps3 file and data base plus after all this re install your last CFW.

Why? just read post #6 very well again.You say you did try that and still not working, so you got a very corrupt PS3 HDD needed to be change or reformated with your pc or laptop. How google make you easya without waiting. If you dont have a E sata hard drive to put the ps3 hdd you still can do it by your laptop, bit complicate but works. Good luck
