You need to downgrade to 3.55 first

Unfortunately, there will most likely never be a jailbreak for any PS3 system update greater than 3.55
The only option you'd have is to buy a E3 flasher and downgrade, or buy a pre-jailbroken PS3 on Ebay or a site you see trustworthy... (Be careful, people know that CFW PS3s sell for high amounts of money, so don't get scammed! )
