So once again I will say I was running Habib CFW 4.70 (system settings/system information showed 4.70), multiman 4.70, PSN patch 4.70.07. Here is exactly what I did if someone can tell me what step I missed and how Call of Duty Black Ops2 saw the 3.55 OFW and upgraded it to 4.25 ( minimum requirement for the game) but didn't update me to the latest 4.75 OFW. The machine was on CFW 4.75. I put in the game disk, I did not click multiman or psn patch( was not going to go online). the game wanted an update and then I was on 4.25. Why did the game not see the 4.70 CFW I was on. I am trying to be as detailed and specific as possible to find out what I did wrong for the game to see the 3.55 OFW.
u didnt have ur console to not update 4.25 firmware is on the black ops 2 patch
u have to go in to ur debug settings an turn on system update debug
