that is the video method that i am using and my idps set v 0.83 when i click on make cex and dex dumps it freezes on the second dump

what to do i have tried use on both sides

Here is another version that i used to get from dex to cex in 20 minutes


First get rebug 4.70.1 REX then install rebug toolbox



Go into rebug toolbox

And go to the CEX TO DEX area and click "SWAP LV2 KERNEL"

your ps3 will reboot

after that go back into rebug toolbox and go to the utilites tab and scroll down to dump eid root key
Your ps3 will restart after that go back into rebug toolbox
go to cex to dex then click "CHANGE TARGET ID"

After that download rebug 4.70.1 D-REX
