CCAPI: CEX + DEX

TMAPI is ProDG Target Manager from SN Systems. It's used via direct ethernet connection to the PS3 from the PC. This can mean the Ethernet cable runs directly from the PC to the PS3 or Linked through a router.

CCAPI can be used with a direct connection or over the same local network.

so how do I get the mw3 menus to work using that?
