I have a couple o'questions regarding going/playing online on CFW.

Now, I'm sorta a semi-noob in this kind of profile, so yeah, here goes:

*) For the past years I've been mostly using CFWs to play games offline, modding etc...
*) I'm currently on Rebug 4.70.1 REX (DEX) firmware
*) It is a known fact to me, that to access my PSN-Profile and to play online I'd have to use SEN-Enabler to enable SEN access, PSNinja to wipe my history and disable write access and PSNPatch to disable CFW and safely go online

The questions are:
1) Do I have to spoof to 4.75? If so, then what spoofer would fit best?
2) Do I have to change any settings in Debug-Settings and Rebug-Toolbox? If so, which settings would it be?

ARCH & Zofmod is support CEX only.
SEN Enabler is support CEX or DEX

No spoof needed on 4.70.1 D-rex not sure about rex/dex?

Hmm... Just checked, it asks me to update, but there still is no spoof for DEX. Looks like I'll have to wait.

Most of the spoofs are either for CEX or D-REX, other than that, I must be going blind or there's something I just don't yet understand

Exactly REX is CEX and D-REX is DEX. So get the Spoofer for what your on.

Keep in mind the REX and D-REX terms are only for Rebug CFW's. So, don't be using Rogero and use a REX spoofer unless it clearly says it supports your CFW. Just a example.
