Do u have a wired or wireless connection from ur PC to ur ps3. Because it has to be wired. Either by having ur internet connection shared in ur PC to ps3 or running a cable from ur PC to router then from router to ps3

Oh, that means theres something wrong with the Lib or it could also mean you need to update .NET framework 5 I believe
