CCAPI only has support for 4.70 and lower for now, I would suggest going to 4.70 and install a spoof if you're on CEX

Install that from the XMB, remember to disable your internet and take out any discs. After that has been completed install a 3.55 CFW or 3.55 OFW to remove 9.99 syscon coreos version, then after you have 3.55 OFW/CFW just install the 4.70 CFW you want.
