Then after changing my Mac address SEN Enabler wouldn't start up (and I saw the usb flashing with the cfw still in the usb) and SEN Enabler quit, and it quits after 5 seconds every time I open it. I have tried reinstalling my cfw, changing my mac, deleting SEN Enabler and reinstalling it (it's deleted now, I used a different spoofer to get online), and I went into multiman to play a game but when I open app_home/Ps3_game it doesn't load a game, it just gives me an error and I just want to play a game

Try what Vince said and if that doesn't work then perhaps try another CFW, and if still no luck. Then you'll have to rejailbreak. Which won't be hard.
