I was stuck on 4.75 CFW and had to downgrade to Rogero 3.55.
If i tried any other CFW it was give me errors or simply say the data wasn't applicable.
You can download CFW Rogero 3.55 Downgrader RSOD. -> You must login or register to view this content.
See if that works for you.
When you download the File, be sure to open up the MD5.exe and make sure the string of characters match within the download, with the one provided.
If they do not, re-download the file, and try again.

He will need to use '3.55 Dex downgrader'

I tried using the googles to provide him with the link to a DEX 3.55 Rogero, and couldnt find anything.
If you could, please find him the link and post it.

You have to use the REBUG downgrader not ROGERO since youre on DEX

I'm still learning you guys. We all have to start somewhere! It's not like I'm intentionally trying to get consoles bricked.
