If it works through xmb then go for it if not then try safe mode... Quote me if you need any more help.

I suggest going back into safe mode choosing "rebuild database" and "rebuild file system" and then trying. Lemme know how it goes but quoting this post.

alright so i did both things and same results doing it through xmb it says data is corrupted and through safe mode it says no applicable data was found

To be honest I don't know what else to do If you haven't already, try installing the same firmware i.e 4.50 ita dex. Other than try formatting your hdd, but that's your choice to make.
lease try these things and tell me how it goes.

ok dude first of all thank you so much for telling me to try reinstalling 4.50 ita it actually shows up this time! like it will work! if this works and i dont brick my system hahah i will owe you big time
