Have you tried installing the same firmware you're already on? I don't mean OFW I mean whatever CFW you're using. Only way is if you have a e3 flasher is to re flash it. Or you could try formatting your hard drive through your PC.

Try to format your hard drive on your PC

Yes i have tried installing the same firmware but it froze and now when i go to reinstalling any firmware it just stays on the recovery menu frozen.

Restore default settings
restore file system (This one has a endless preparing please wait screen)
Rebuild data base
