Post: Ps3 recovery mode freezes when i choose an option.

I am error
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So i soft-bricked my PS3 when i was trying to change the epilepsy warning sign. I've downloaded the 3.55 OFW and when i chose System update it froze i tried restarted my ps3 put it back in recovery mode and freezes again. Thanks to anyone that helps

Ok so i tried both with no success, so with the rebuild data base had a endless preparing please wait screen and with system restore it went straight to a black screen.

tears look like formatting hdd with your pc is the only way

You'd just use his that might be ok worth a try. The ps3 will automatically format it I'm pretty sure. Then just install the exact same firmware you're already on.
