Then I tried to turn it on multiple times for the past couple of weeks and it will turn on but nothing will show up, no XMB. The green light will come on and thats it, nothing on the screen. The ps3 would boot in safe mode, so I tried downgrading it (in safe mode) using the Rogero 999 and I got an error that said file is corrupt. I really want to use this thing and I need help. I also tried updating it from safe mode to habibs 4.75 starbucks but it said not applicable file or something. Please help and thanks in advance.

I cant boot to xmb tho. Only into safe mode.

Sounds like the green light of death i suggest just looking on youtube for real to get the issue resolved as there is tuts on how to get rid of it.

Glod has no display, he said there is by mentioning the .PUP was corrupt.

But this has happened to me where it said they were all corrupt, you're gonna have to use a 3.55 downgrader .pup like the others said that's how I fixed my issue.

You also only mentioned Rogero's 999 downgrader have you tried rebug's? Might work.

I Just dropped a new hdd in the ps3, and tried installing 4.75 habib cex, rogero 999 downgrader, rebug 999 downgrader and get "The Data is corrupted (8002f225)

My guess is you were on Ferrox Firmware, try installing the latest version of it?
