How the issue occurred: when i start a game (any game)
I have tried to fix my issue with: changing Eboots, deleting updates and reinstalling
PS3 version: 4.65 DEX

Are you on Rebug 4.65 ?

Maybe a firmware corruption. I recommend to install the firmware you are on. Please quote back so we can get the issue solved.

Firstly, try rebuilding database and restoring file system via recovery mode. If that doesn't fix it I suggest reinstalling your firmware, if the error still occurs format your hard drive.

when i go to my ps3 system information it says version 4.60 and in rebug tool box it says 4.65

if i did that wouldnt it stuff up the CFW im on?

i just tried it a few hours ago, and when i clicked on it and it finished my ps3 had FPS issues and the xmb wouldnt loadso i turned it off and i did the file systemand it just left me on a black screen and i had to turn it off and on
