How the issue occurred: when i start a game (any game)
I have tried to fix my issue with: changing Eboots, deleting updates and reinstalling
PS3 version: 4.65 DEX

but now only one issue, when not using a spoof game loads fine, when spoofs active it gives black screen? any ideas? could it be the spoof?

You don't have to use the spoof if you can get on man. Only use the spoof if you cannot get on and you need to install it.
